She got us to the closing table as a strong advocate for us! We had a few last minute hiccups on the seller's side, and closing was difficult, but she made sure they adhered to their responsibilities. It was huge! She went way above and beyond! It was my First time buying a house with a VA loan and we were worried. They kept us calm and made sure everything was GTG. I would recommend them to anybody to sell or buy a house. They also follow up with you after your purchase to make sure everything is good.

It wasn't Sherry, so we wasted about 3 weeks with him until we were ghosted by him. We had given him the same information we eventually handed off the Sherry, location, size, and what we were looking to spend. The first realtor sent us houses that were no where near what we were looking for, we had even sent him links to homes we liked. That is when we went looking for a new realtor and found Sherry. I am beyond blessed. With everything going on this from losing my mom to getting turned down by the first lender, Sherry Swift never left my side. I started this journey last year and then after my father in law passed, I stopped. I knew I had a few things on my credit that needed to be resolved. Now let me tell you why... Sherry was a total blessing in our house hunting experience. She was there every single step of the way— day or night. She was always flexible and willing to meet with me whenever was good for me (nights and weekends). Not only did she walk with me through every step of the process, she experienced it with me. I don’t think we could have done it without her! She warned me about her concerns to make sure that I knew what I would be getting into, and she made sure we got the best possible deal. Due to the fact I was looking to sell my home I figured well why not, let’s see how the initial conversation goes. Especially in a market like this! But this was easily the smoothest and most enjoyable process I could’ve asked for! Sherry was our real estate agent and she blew our expectations.
